Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed before it is shipped (we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM (PST) are processed the following business day.

Judy b. will gladly accept swimsuits for an exchange or return (excluding shipping charges) of any regularly priced, unwashed, unworn, and unused merchandise. To qualify for free return shipping, you must be making an exchange or receive store credit. The merchandise must be accompanied by original sales receipt, completed exchange form, sanitary stickers (applicable to all bottoms and one pieces) and original tags must still be attached. Returns and Exchanges must arrive at Judy b. within 14 days of the date you received it. Please allow 7 days transit time. Returns will be processed within two weeks of being mailed.
Should a return arrive past the 14 days, there will be a 10% restocking fee for the returned items. Should a return arrive past 30 days, there will be a 20% restocking fee for returned items.
Acceptable reasons for a exchange include the following:
- Suit did not fit properly
- Suit received was wrong style, color, fabric, or size.
- Manufacturer’s defect

To complete your return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send your return shipping label along with the next steps needed to complete your return or exchange.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
*** When shipping items on your own for a return or exchange, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are therefor not responsible for lost packages.
